Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities :
  • Achieve sales target for the assigned Area.
  • Be the key contact person for the assigned area.
  • Act as a solution provider for achieving the target, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Be the face of the company for assigned area.
  • Lead all the TSM, DSR, Brand Promoter, Distribution Sales force.
  • Create and develop balanced local distributor and retail network among the area.
  • Always update about competitor products and activities and report back to management.
  • Create and maintain a sustainable retail channel.
  • Confirm the proper and successful execution of any kind of campaign in the assigned area.
  • Ensure maximum retail outlet coverage, Manage and train sales team, sales forecast and deliver
  • accordingly, individually or through team.

Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales and Marketing
  • Skills Required: Negotiation Skill, Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements :
  • Age: 28 to 35 years
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and distribution
  • Completed undergraduate program from any reputed university.
  • Highly flexible to work directly in field.
  • Good leadership and team skill along with great communication and convincing skill.
  • Desperate to find solutions and ambitious enough to reach the peak.
