Job Responsibilities :
  • Drive secondary sale ( Local distributor to Retail )
  • Initiate width of Distribution/ Coverage
  • Ensure plan Call, productive call, strike Rate.
  • Ensure volume / Value per outlets
  • Execution trade and consumer campaign in the market.
  • Drive Distribution and Display.
  • Ensure stock norm at Local distributor end.
  • Brand promoter management.
  • Execute product and brand launch in the retail.
  • Input data in system
  • Credit Management.
Employment Type : Full Time
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales and Marketing
  • Skills Required: Negotiation Skill, Sales & Marketing
Additional Requirements :
  • Age: 23 to 27 years
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and distribution
  • Completed undergraduate program from any reputed university.
  • Highly flexible to work directly in field.
  • Good leadership and team skill along with great communication and convincing skill.
  • Desperate to find solutions and ambitious enough to reach the peak.
Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh
